The DC1709, DC2102 and DC2170 are bi-directional RS232C-RS422 signal converters. These units allow RS232C equipped devices, such as an IBM PC, to interface with Anaheim Automation's Programmable Indexers. The RS422 interface provides excellent noise immunity over long cable distances. These converters operate off a small wall mount power supply that provides 9 volts DC at 150 milliAmps. This power supply is included with each converter.
