Anaheim Automation offers a high value economy in-line planetary gearbox. Don't let our low prices fool you - these are high quality planetary gearboxes, designed to offer you the precision and performance you need at the prices you can afford. There are four different sizes available from 1.7" to 4.2" diameter (40mm to 110mm). This can be used for any motor ranging from NEMA 17 to NEMA 42. The honed gears used in these gearboxes offer you a reliable economical choice for your motion control application. There are two different mounting configurations - NEMA mount and a C-face mount. There are two backlash classes - Standard and Precision. Precision backlash is as low as 5 arc-min maximum. The option lets you choose and pay for the backlash requirement you have for your application. We stock many ratios to match up to our wide range of motors, but we can make a gearbox to fit any motor in as little as 3 weeks time. Ratios are available from 3:1 to 1000:1 with torque ratings up to 2522 in-lbs (210 ft-lbs).

Anaheim Automation offers a high value economy right-angle bevel-planetary gearbox. This is ideal for motion control application that require right angle gearbox to redirect the power flow. The gearboxes offer the industry's highest torque ratings with four planets used in the output stage to boost loadability. Generously sized sealed deep groove ball bearing support the output shaft for even greater load capacities. The ring gear are machined directly into the housing and are case hardened and honed. The planet gears are supported in needle roller bearing for high loadability and precise run. There is lifetime lubrication - so these right angle planetary gearboxes are truly maintenance free. There are four different sizes available from 1.7" to 4.2" diameter (40mm to 110mm) that can
be used for any motor ranging from NEMA 17 to NEMA 42. The input flange is truly adaptable to be compatible to any servo, stepper, AC, or DC motor. Backlash is as low as 12 arc-min maximum. Ratios are available from 3:1 to 512:1 with torque ratings up to 2301 in-lbs (192 ft-lbs).
