The compact and short EKL Series coupling is specially designed for space restricted applications where minimal torque is required. The elastomer element is press fit between two precision machined coupling halves, giving it zero backlash and guaranteed concentricity. The elastomer inserts are electrically insulated allowing them to conduct electricity; this prevents the possibility of electrostatic loads and sparks. The CPL-EKL-16 is perfect for applications requiring no more than 680 oz-in of torque and shaft sizes between 3-8 mm. With the option of 2 different elastomer inserts Anaheim Automation is sure to have the jaw coupling to meet your applications demands.
