High-Grade Gearboxes
Anaheim Automation's High-Grade Gearboxes offer a variety of sizes, gear ratios and torque thresholds to match your application's demands. Our High-Grade Gearboxes have been put to the test to provide our customers with the most accurate specifications available. There are four different sizes available ranging from 1.6" to 6.3" in diameter (40mm to 160mm). The variety of diameters allows us to pair motors ranging from NEMA 17 to NEMA 42, with C-Face mounting configurations available. We stock many ratios to match our wide range of motors, but we can make a gearbox to fit any motor in as little as 3 week's time! These High-Grade Gearboxes offer up to 7,080 in-lbs of force with backlash as low as 6 arc-minutes. Ratios are available from 3:1 to 512:1 with torque ratings up to 7,080 in-lbs (113,280 oz-in). Please verify all dimensions when matching a gearbox to a specific motor, as critical dimensions will vary among series and manufacturers.

The GBPN-040x Series is an In-Line Planetary Gearbox line that offers great prices without sacrificing precision and quality! The GBPN-040x Series is designed for motion control applications requiring moderate backlash and stiffness. This series will match most NEMA 17 (40mm) servo or stepping motors. Features include backlash as low as 24 arc-min, 22 gear ratios from 3 to 512 for rated torque up to 177 in-lbs (2,832 oz-in), (model dependent), a precision clamping system and lifetime lubrication. Please verify all dimensions when matching a gearbox to a specific motor, as critical dimensions will vary among series and manufacturers.

The GBPN-060 Series is an In-Line Planetary Gearbox that offers precision and quality! The GBPN-060 Series is designed for motion control applications requiring minimal backlash and stiffness. This series will match most NEMA 23 (60mm) servo or stepping motors. Features include precision backlash as low as 16 arc-min, gear ratios from 3 to 512 for rated torque up to 389 in-lbs (6,231 oz-in), (model dependent), a patented precision clamping system and lifetime lubrication.
