The gearboxes offer the industry's highest torque ratings with four planets used in the output stage to boost loadability. Generously sized sealed deep groove ball bearing support the output shaft for even greater load capacities. The ring gear are machined directly into the housing and are case hardened and honed. The planet gears are supported in needle roller bearing for high loadability and precise run. There is lifetime lubrication - so these right angle planetary gearboxes are truly maintenance free. There are four different sizes available from 1.7" to 4.2" diameter (40mm to 110mm) that can be used for any motor ranging from NEMA 17 to NEMA 42. The input flange is truly adaptable to be compatible to any servo, stepper, AC, or DC motor. Backlash is as low as 15 arc-min maximum.Ratios are available from 3:1 to 512:1 with torque ratings up to 2522 in-lbs (210 ft-lbs).
