Integrated HMI/PLC units combine the convenience of an HMI with the efficiency of a PLC into one packet; eliminating compatibility issues and simplifying wiring and programming. The highly functional CPU allows for graphing capabilities without other dedicated hardware. Custom, convenient user interfaces can be created to operate and monitor any connected controller. The user software is fully equipped with functions that make it easy for the user to perform desired movement, including the ability to control and operate a two-axis system.
The LPS044 combines the HMI's simplicity and the PLC's functionality into one product. Integrated HMI-PLCs are time, space, and cost efficient. 32 I/Os allow for a variety of applications. With 384KB of memory for creating up to 500 page-displays, you can customize multiple interfaces with a single controller. A vivid white on blue 4.4" STN LCD allows for a space-saving design. Optional terminal blocks or ribbon cable connectors are available. Multiple bitmap fonts are supported.

The HMI-ATO-LPS070 provides a 7" wide TFT LCD monitor with True color (16.7 million colors) and various data application ranges. In addition, the HMI-ATO-LPS070's data log feature makes data collection and back-up support possible. The dual axis stepper control allows users to control all aspects of motion including linear interpolation.
