Hybrid Threaded Shaft Linear Actuators
Anaheim Automation offers a line of quality Hybrid Threaded Shaft Linear Actuators, which are simple and cost-effectively designed to convert rotary motion into linear motion. These stepper motors are available in NEMA 17 and NEMA 23 frame sizes. These Hybrid Threaded Linear Actuators have a power rating from 3.3 to 6.8 watts. 17AY
The 17AY Series is a hybrid, non-captive Linear Actuator stepper motor, designed for external linear applications that require low vibration and audible noise. It is a NEMA 17-frame size, with a 1.8° step angle, which can produce torque up to 22 ounce inches. The 17AY has four lead wires. To provide design flexibility, Anaheim Automation can customize the wire configuration, as well as the motor winding to perfectly match specific speed, voltage and current requirements. Shaft, cable and connector options are also available.

17AM-TS
The 17AM Series Threaded Shaft Linear Actuators are the perfect choice for cost effective linear motion. The stepper motor internally converts rotary motion to linear motion via a rotating nut and a leadscrew. This actuator eliminates the need for other rotary-to-linear conversions such as belt and pulleys, rack and pinions, or external ball screws. Motion designs can be simplified, production costs lowered and product life enhanced. The motors can be customized to fit your machine requirements. The motor comes in a standard 4-lead configuration and is available in a 6-lead configuration. We can also customize the winding to perfectly match your voltage, current, and maximum operating speed. Special screw modifications, cables and connectors are also available upon request.
