AA2876 -
Pulse Generator
The
AA2876 is a linear ramping pulse generator designed to be used
with Anaheim Automation Stepper Motor Drivers. It has adjustable
BASE and MAX speeds and independent adjustments for acceleration
(ramping up) and deceleration (ramping down). The AA2876 also
has a pulse output which can be set as a positive going TTL/CMOS
output, a negative going TTL/CMOS output, or an open collector
output. There are three modes of operation: Two-input operation,
Single Input with ramping down, and Single Input with no ramping
down. With the Two-input mode, the operator can run at BASE
speed for as long as necessary, ramp up to MAX.......(continue)

MBC25PG1 and MBC25PG1L -
Manual Pulse Generator with Integrated Driver
The MBC25PG1 microstep driver/pulse
generator has an output current capability of 0.5A
minimum to 2.5A maximum (peak rating). The MBC25PG1
driver operates with a DC voltage of 12VDC to 35VDC. The
logic inputs can be operated from +5VDC minimum to
+24VDC maximum. The MBC25PG1’s internal PG (pulse
generator) is a linear ramping PG designed to be used
with this driver. It has adjustable base speeds and max
speeds, independent adjustments for acceleration
(ramping up) and deceleration (ramping down), jumper
selectable external or on-board max speed potentiometer
and a jumper selectable deceleration profile.(continue)

MBC25P11 - Programmable Pulse Generator with Integrated
Driver
Anaheim Automation introduces its latest advancement in
pulse generator/driver technology, the MBC25P11. Unlike
other pulse generators with potentiometer settings, the
MBC25P11 can be programmed, with exact speeds. It was
specially designed for applications requiring step
motors to sync up at precise acceleration, deceleration,
and speed. Not only one speed, but up to four different
speeds can be programmed. Additionally, the MBC25P11
includes a 2.5A driver (for one or two motors), inputs
for hard and soft limit switches, two ramp down modes,
three inputs to select speed banks, and a run/stop
input. All these features are incorporated in a compact,
costeffective package. Perhaps the most appreciable.....(continue)

MBC25P22 - Programmable Pulse Generator with Integrated
Driver
Anaheim Automation has developed a step motor driver
specifically for the feed-conveyor industry, where high
motor speed and precise synchronization is required.
Anaheim Automation’s engineers have incorporated
additional circuitry to eliminate the load-sharing
issues that typically slowed down motors. This design
enables the motors to be run at 50% higher speeds than
our ealier designs with no additional cost. Unlike other
pulse generators with potentiometer settings, two
different speed profiles can be programmed with exact
speeds on the MBC25P22. Additionally, the MBC25P22
includes two 2.5A drivers, an analog potentiometer input
for maximum speed, two ramp down modes, an input to
select speed profiles, a Run....(continue)

JSC2002 - Joystick Controller 2-Axis
The JSC2002 is a
two-axis joystick controller designed to be used
with Anaheim Automation Step Motor Drivers. The
JSC2002 is ideal for X-Y applications that
require manual positioning. CLOCK and DIRECTION
signals for two axes of step motor drivers are
produced by the JSC2002. The speed or frequency
of the CLOCK pulses is determined by the
displacement of the joystick; as the stick is
moved further from the center position, the
frequency increases. When the joystick is in the
center position, no pulses are created. Pulses
begin when the joystick is moved just enough to
overcome a small threshold. The maximum output
frequency of the CLOCK pulses is 2.5 MHz which
allows the JSC2002 to ......(continue)
